   • The Buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that all products are used safely and in accordance with the safety guidelines provided by the Seller.

2. Waiver of Liability:

   • The Buyer waives any and all claims against the Seller for damages or injuries resulting from the use, misuse, or improper storage of the products.

   • This includes, but is not limited to, claims arising from burns, allergic reactions, fire-related incidents, or damage caused by failure to follow safety instructions.

3. Product Disclaimer:

   • The Seller’s products are crafted from 100% organic, unrefined beeswax, and natural variations in color, scent, texture, or burning behavior are to be expected due to the presence of honey, propolis, and other hive residues.

   • Such variations are not defects but a feature of the organic and artisanal nature of the product.

4. No Warranties:

   • The Seller makes no guarantees or warranties, express or implied, regarding the merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or safety of the products.

5. Return Policy:

   • If the Buyer is unsatisfied with their purchase, the product may be returned for a refund, minus any transaction fees, provided the following conditions are met:

     • The Buyer contacts the Seller within 14 days of receiving the item.

     • The returned item must be unused and in its original condition.

     • Proof of postage and a tracking number must be provided for the return shipment. The Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

     • Refunds will only be processed once the returned merchandise is received and inspected by the Seller.

6. Binding Arbitration Clause:

   • Any disputes arising out of the use of the products or this agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the laws of Israel. The Buyer agrees to waive their right to sue in a court of law.

7. Non-Refundable Liability:

   • The Seller is not responsible for damages caused by third-party shipping providers, misuse of the products, or negligence on the part of the Buyer.

Acceptance of Terms

By completing a purchase, the Buyer confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. The Seller reserves the right to update or amend these terms without prior notice. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to review the terms before each purchase.
