How to use
How to use beeswax candles
- Place the candle on a suitable candleholder, in a bowl, or on a heat-resistant surface.
- Ensure the top of the candle is free from dust – wipe it gently with a cloth if necessary.
- Make sure the wick is 5 mm to 1 cm in length – trim it if needed.
- Place the candle as straight as possible to ensure an even burn.
- It’s recommended to light the candles in a small container to allow a wax pool to form as the candle burns down, especially with small candles.
- Molded candles should burn for at least 3 hours each time they are lit to ensure an even burn. Do not light and extinguish a molded candle before a wax pool has formed.
- Molded candles may need "center alignment." Gently push the sides in if a groove forms.
- If a molded candle starts to drip from the sides, extinguish it and allow it to cool.
- Never leave a lit candle near a window, unattended, or near children and pets.
